Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description:  As a Business Development Manager for a fintech company — open to English speakers on a fully remote basis — you will be responsible for driving B2B revenue growth through outbound prospecting, strategic partnerships, and enterprise sales. You will leverage your fintech commercial experience to build pipeline, engage prospects, and close deals with financial services, fintech, and enterprise clients across international markets from a Dubai base.

Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B revenue growth through outbound prospecting, strategic partnerships, and enterprise fintech sales
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of fintech and financial services prospects across international target markets
• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through qualification, demonstration, negotiation, and close
• Engage with financial services, fintech, and enterprise decision-makers across English-speaking international markets
• Collaborate with internal Product, Marketing, and Operations teams on commercial proposals and client activation
• Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities to continuously improve commercial skills
• Track pipeline and commercial activity accurately in CRM tools — reporting regularly on progress against targets
• Monitor international fintech market developments and competitive landscape from a remote Dubai base

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven B2B fintech sales or business development experience with track record of hitting revenue targets
• Experience operating in an outbound B2B sales environment — English speaking market focus
• Strong pipeline management and full sales cycle ownership skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
• Self-motivated, remote-capable professional with strong organizational and communication skills
• Arabic language skills advantageous for broader MENA market engagement
