Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description: The Business Development Manager will proactively acquire professional and high-net-worth retail clients, manage a transferable portfolio, and drive consistent revenue growth with full compliance adherence.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively acquire professional and high-net-worth retail clients through networking, referrals, and direct prospecting
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads into active trading clients; expand and manage a transferable client portfolio
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through personalized engagement
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering professional, responsive, and value-driven service
• Conduct client due diligence, suitability assessments, and KYC processes in line with regulatory requirements
• Work closely with internal teams including onboarding, compliance, dealing, and customer support
• Represent the company professionally and ethically as a brand ambassador when engaging with clients and external stakeholders
• Maintain strong internal controls, service quality, and operational efficiency through collaborative internal working

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ proven sales experience in eFX, CFDs, or other OTC derivative products
• Mandatory transferable client portfolio including professional clients and retail HNIs
• Proven track record with an established, regulated brokerage firm
• Native Arabic national with excellent command of English
• UAE resident for a minimum of 5 years
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi or work at least 3 days per week from the Abu Dhabi office
• Highly energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated; demonstrates integrity, loyalty, empathy, and strong ethical standards
