Job Title: Business Development Executive (Growth Partnerships)

Job Description: The Business Development Executive will identify, recruit, and grow high-value partners — owning the full partner lifecycle from onboarding through to revenue performance — within a company that already runs AI in production (65%+ of customer enquiries resolved by AI, 400+ internal users on workflow orchestration platforms).

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and grow high-value IBs, affiliates, fintech partners, payment providers, and strategic alliances aligned with Deriv’s growth objectives across assigned markets
  • Own the full partner lifecycle from onboarding through to revenue performance; analyse partner performance trends and implement improvement plans
  • Support the negotiation of commission structures, volume targets, and support agreements balancing partner incentive with Deriv’s commercial requirements
  • Conduct regular partner performance reviews and identify growth opportunities within existing portfolio
  • Work with multi-agent AI systems handling partner onboarding, lifecycle management, and operational workflows
  • Collaborate with the wider Growth Partnerships team on market intelligence, partner trends, and strategy inputs
  • Represent Deriv at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings across the MENA region

Qualifications Needed:

  • Experience in business development, partnerships, affiliate management, or IB relationship management within forex, CFD, or fintech
  • Strong understanding of partner-driven growth models including IB networks, affiliate programmes, and fintech partnerships
  • Commercial acumen with ability to negotiate and structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements
  • Comfort working with AI-powered tools and data systems as core daily workflow
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse international partner bases
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage for MENA market coverage
