Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Description: As a Business Development Executive for a FinTech SaaS company delivering ESG Reporting, Corporate Performance Management (CPM), and Business Automation solutions across the GCC, you will be responsible for expanding the sales team’s reach — selling IT, software, and SaaS solutions to senior finance and strategy teams at major GCC enterprises. You will work directly with CFOs, CIOs, Finance Directors, and Transformation teams — managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of ESG Reporting, Corporate Performance Management, and Business Automation SaaS solutions to senior finance and strategy teams across the GCC
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product discussions with CFOs, CIOs, Finance Directors, and Transformation teams
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → close for enterprise SaaS opportunities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and market research across the GCC
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior finance and strategy stakeholders at major GCC enterprises
- Collaborate with the product and delivery team on client requirements, solution scoping, and commercial proposals
- Monitor GCC market developments in ESG, finance technology, and corporate performance management landscapes
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets — contributing measurably to GCC SaaS revenue growth
Qualifications Needed:
- Driven and confident business development professional with experience selling IT, software, or SaaS solutions in the UAE
- Proven ability to conduct meetings, presentations, and product discussions with senior C-suite finance and technology audiences
- Understanding of ESG reporting, corporate performance management, and business automation fintech solutions preferred
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and full sales cycle management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for senior GCC enterprise engagement
- Arabic language skills advantageous for GCC client outreach
