Job Title: Business Analyst – Fresh Graduates (Emiratization)

Job Description: As a Business Analyst within an Emiratization programme at a globally established professional services firm, you will support the delivery of consulting, audit, and advisory services — building analytical, problem-solving, and professional skills from the ground up. You will contribute to client engagements across financial services, fintech, and government sectors in the UAE, gaining structured mentoring and career development support from day one of your professional career.

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of consulting, audit, and advisory client engagements across financial services, fintech, and government sectors in the UAE
• Conduct business analysis, data gathering, and requirements documentation under the supervision of senior consultants
• Contribute to client presentations, analytical reports, and strategic recommendations for UAE-based professional services engagements
• Develop professional and analytical skills through structured Emiratization programme training and mentoring activities
• Learn and apply business analysis methodologies, financial modelling, and consulting frameworks from experienced practitioners
• Build client relationship and stakeholder communication skills through live project participation
• Produce structured outputs including data analysis, process mapping, and client documentation
• Continuously develop consulting expertise through training, mentoring, and daily client interactions

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — required for this Emiratization programme position
• Recently graduated or fresh graduate with a strong academic background in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Genuine interest in professional services, consulting, and advisory careers in the UAE
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills
• Proactive learner with ambition to build a career at a globally established professional services firm
