Job Title: Business Analyst – Banking

Job Description: As a Business Analyst for Banking at a technology and banking solutions company in Dubai, you will bridge the gap between banking business requirements and technology delivery — applying business analysis expertise to banking platform implementations, digital banking product development, and regulatory technology projects for UAE and GCC financial institution clients.

Responsibilities:

• Bridge the gap between banking business requirements and technology delivery as a Banking Business Analyst
• Apply business analysis expertise to banking platform implementations and digital banking product development
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, and process mapping for banking technology projects
• Produce clear business requirements documentation, process flows, and functional specifications
• Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities for banking technology platform releases
• Collaborate with Technology, Compliance, and Banking Operations teams on project delivery
• Monitor UAE banking regulatory and digital transformation developments affecting client project requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through expert banking business analysis advisory

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Business Analyst experience with UAE or GCC banking technology implementation focus
• Strong banking domain knowledge — retail banking, corporate banking, or digital banking products
• Excellent analytical, workshop facilitation, and business requirements documentation skills
• Understanding of UAE banking regulatory environment and digital transformation requirements
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE banking client engagement
