Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description: As a Business Analyst for Doha Bank Assurance Company (DBAC), you will gather, document, and analyse business requirements for insurance and assurance products, supporting system enhancements and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders across insurance and assurance operations.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and product teams to design and validate solutions.
• Support testing, training, and post-implementation reviews for new systems and features.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in insurance, banking, or fintech.
• Strong proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio), and process mapping.
• Experience with insurance systems, policy administration, or claims management is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
