Job Title: Brokerage Platform Relationship Manager

Job Description: As a Brokerage Platform Relationship Manager, you will onboard institutional clients onto a trading platform, driving satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard institutional clients onto the brokerage trading platform.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Monitor client performance and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams on delivery.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of relationship management or institutional sales experience in trading or fintech.
• Strong understanding of brokerage platforms and institutional client needs.
• Proven track record of managing institutional relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
