The Blockchain Product Manager will lead product development for tokenization, digital assets, and smart contract solutions in Dubai. You will oversee the product roadmap while ensuring compliance with DIFC/ADGM regulations and UAE Central Bank standards.

Responsibilities

  • Define blockchain product strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and design teams.
  • Monitor adoption, performance metrics, and user feedback.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across UAE and MENA markets.
  • Support integration with financial partners and third-party services.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Technology.
  • 4–7 years product management experience, ideally in blockchain/fintech.
  • Understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks for digital assets.
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
