Job Description

We are seeking a Blockchain Engineer to design and develop secure distributed ledger solutions for digital financial services in Dubai. This role operates within a highly regulated fintech environment, including DIFC and ADGM jurisdictions, with exposure to UAE and MENA markets. You will work on blockchain-based payments, tokenization, smart contracts, and digital asset platforms, collaborating closely with product, backend, and security teams to deliver innovative and compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy blockchain applications and smart contracts.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate blockchain solutions into existing fintech platforms.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and regulatory compliance of blockchain systems.
  • Monitor and maintain blockchain networks and infrastructure.
  • Research emerging blockchain technologies and recommend innovations for adoption.
  • Provide technical guidance on distributed ledger solutions and industry best practices.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of blockchain development experience, preferably in fintech.
  • Strong proficiency in Solidity, Hyperledger, Ethereum, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of cryptography, consensus protocols, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks around digital assets is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
