Job Title: Banking SME

Job Description: As a Banking SME at a banking advisory and transformation services organization, you will provide senior domain expertise across retail banking, corporate banking, wealth management, and banking ecosystem monetization, supporting strategy, analytics, transformation, and commercial optimization initiatives rather than traditional implementation support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide senior-level banking expertise across retail, corporate, wealth, or ecosystem-monetization domains
• Support banking strategy formulation, business analysis, and transformation initiatives for client institutions
• Assess commercial performance and recommend revenue-growth, cost-efficiency, and performance-improvement actions
• Participate in executive workshops and stakeholder discussions to provide domain insights and recommendations
• Analyze banking operating models, customer propositions, and commercial opportunities across relevant business lines
• Translate banking-sector developments into practical strategic recommendations for client leadership teams
• Contribute to advisory deliverables, presentations, and decision materials for transformation programs
• Work with cross-functional consultants and banking stakeholders to align recommendations with business priorities

Qualifications Needed:

• Senior banking-domain experience in at least one of retail banking, corporate banking, wealth management, or ecosystem monetization
• Demonstrated experience supporting strategy, analytics, transformation, or commercial-optimization initiatives
• Strong understanding of banking business models, revenue drivers, cost structures, and performance measures
• Ability to participate credibly in executive workshops and senior stakeholder discussions
• Strong analytical, advisory, and recommendation-development capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma as stated in the source listing
