• Complete structured Banking Off-Cycle Internship Programme 2026 training and development milestones
• Build valuable career and job skills from experienced banking colleagues throughout the off-cycle programme

Qualifications Needed:

• Penultimate or final year student available for the Barclays Banking Off-Cycle Internship Programme 2026
• Strong interest in banking, investment banking, and corporate finance careers
• Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills for banking internship engagement
• Genuine ambition to build a banking career at a globally established financial institution
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and MENA banking market engagement
