Job Title: Private Bank and Wealth Management Off-Cycle Internship 2026

Job Description: As a Private Bank and Wealth Management Off-Cycle Intern at a globally established bank in Dubai, you will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to support private banking and wealth management businesses — having access to the training and guidance to help you prepare for the next level of a private banking career with exposure to bespoke banking and investment solutions for high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities:

• Gain the skills and knowledge necessary to support private banking and wealth management businesses
• Have access to training and guidance to prepare for the next level of a private banking career
• Barclays Private Bank works closely with high-net-worth clients and their advisors who have complex banking and investment needs
• Support Private Bankers on HNW client relationship management, investment advisory, and portfolio analysis
• Conduct investment research and wealth management analysis under structured off-cycle programme mentoring
• Participate in client meetings and develop private banking skills through direct client and colleague exposure
• Complete structured Private Bank and Wealth Management Off-Cycle Internship 2026 development milestones
• Build a professional network within a globally established private bank and wealth management institution

Qualifications Needed:

• Penultimate or final year student available for the Private Bank and Wealth Management Off-Cycle Internship 2026
• Genuine interest in private banking, wealth management, and HNW client financial advisory careers
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills for private banking internship engagement
• Ambition to build a career in private banking at a globally established financial institution
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and MENA HNW client market engagement
