Job Title: Banking & Finance Specialist – Personal Loans, Direct Sales (

Job Description: As a Banking and Finance Specialist for Personal Loans and Direct Sales at a UAE financing brokerage, you will generate new business — identifying and approaching prospective clients with UAE banking sales experience and a passion for sales. You will build a strong personal loan and financial product sales pipeline across Dubai and the wider UAE market.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business and identify and approach prospective personal loan and banking product clients
• Apply UAE banking sales experience and passion for sales to personal loan and direct banking product acquisition
• Build and maintain a strong personal loan and financial product client acquisition pipeline through field sales
• Present personal loan and banking financing products to prospective clients with professional advisory
• Process applications accurately — ensuring all KYC and documentation requirements are satisfied
• Meet monthly banking product acquisition targets through consistent, compliant commercial activity
• Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE banking regulations and personal loan product suitability requirements
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional, transparent banking advisory and follow-up

Qualifications Needed:

• Candidates with UAE banking sales experience and a passion for sales — encouraged to apply
• Retail banking sales experience in UAE or home country — strong plus for this direct sales role
• Strong sales, networking, and client relationship-building skills for UAE banking product acquisition
• Presentable with excellent communication skills — required for client-facing banking sales advisory
• Fixed salary, incentives, employment visa, and health insurance provided by the company
• UAE-based or willing to relocate; Arabic language skills preferred for UAE banking market engagement
