Job Title: AVP & Lead, CAD International

Job Description: As an AVP & Lead, CAD International, you will lead an international credit-administration team for a major Gulf bank, maintain governance across country operations, oversee loan documentation and system controls, coordinate with head office and overseas teams, and produce consolidated reporting and corrective-action follow-up.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the CAD International delivery-unit team and manage its day-to-day priorities
• Maintain governance and oversight across international credit-administration activities
• Act as a focal point between head office and country credit-administration teams
• Oversee loan-documentation processes through GLCMS and relevant core-banking systems
• Monitor adherence to approved policies, controls, and operational standards
• Prepare and publish consolidated performance, control, and status reports
• Identify gaps and follow up on corrective actions with responsible stakeholders
• Support team competency, service performance, and consistent execution across international units

Qualifications Needed:

• Leadership experience in credit administration or a related banking-operations function
• Knowledge of loan documentation and credit-facility administration
• Hands-on familiarity with GLCMS, core-banking systems, or comparable platforms
• Strong governance, reporting, and corrective-action follow-up skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with head-office and international country teams
• Capability to manage team performance, controls, and regulatory or policy requirements
