Job Title: Audit Manager, IT Audit

Job Description: As an Audit Manager in IT Audit at Commercial Bank of Dubai, you will lead IT audit engagements, evaluating the effectiveness of technology controls, systems, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute IT audits, including general controls, application controls, and cybersecurity assessments.
• Assess the effectiveness of IT governance, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Identify control weaknesses and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and technology teams to support risk management.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of IT audit experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of IT audit methodologies, COBIT, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks.
• Experience with IT audit tools, data analytics, and cybersecurity risk assessments.
• Professional certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP) preferred; fluent in English.
