Job Description: As an Assistant Manager in Strategy and Transactions — Valuation and Modeling — at a globally leading professional services firm in Abu Dhabi, you will apply 7 years of experience in financial advisory, public auditing, or accounting — preferably with Big Audit Firms — to deliver valuation modeling and transaction strategy advisory for clients across the UAE and region.

Responsibilities:

• Apply 7 years of experience in financial advisory, public auditing, or accounting — preferably Big Audit Firms — to valuation
• Deliver valuation modeling and transaction strategy advisory for UAE and regional clients
• Conduct business valuation, financial modelling, and transaction analysis for M&A and restructuring mandates
• Produce valuation reports, modelling outputs, and strategic transaction recommendations for client delivery
• Manage junior valuation team members on complex transaction strategy and valuation engagements
• Build and maintain client relationships through expert valuation and transaction modeling advisory
• Contribute to business development for the Strategy and Transactions practice in Abu Dhabi
• Monitor UAE and GCC M&A market developments and valuation standards for client advisory

Qualifications Needed:

• 7 years of experience in financial advisory, public auditing, or accounting — preferably Big Audit Firms — required
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field — required
• Proven valuation modeling and transaction advisory experience in professional services
• Strong financial modelling, business valuation, and analytical skills for complex transaction mandates
• ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Abu Dhabi valuation or transaction advisory experience preferred
