Job Title: Assistant Manager – Operations
Job Description:Oversee daily operations at a Bahrain-based fintech company to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency. Lead teams to achieve key performance metrics, drive continuous improvement, and manage client relationships in a fast-paced regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency across the fintech business
- Lead and manage teams to achieve key performance metrics and service level agreements
- Drive improvements in operational processes and identify efficiency opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the operational point of contact
- Collaborate with compliance, product, and technology teams to ensure operational alignment
- Prepare operational performance reports for senior management
- Support onboarding of new clients and implementation of operational procedures for new products
Qualifications Needed:
- Proven experience in operations management within a fintech, payments, or financial services environment
- Strong leadership and analytical skills with a track record of driving operational improvements
- Excellent client relationship management abilities
- Understanding of Bahrain and GCC financial regulatory requirements preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
