Job Title: Analyst, KYC / Client Onboarding

Job Description: As an Analyst for KYC and Client Onboarding at HSBC Global Services in Dubai, you will be calm under pressure — with proven resilience and ability to manage competing priorities — analysing, validating, and ensuring Customer Onboarding meets the highest KYC and compliance standards across HSBC’s global client base.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse, validate, and ensure Customer Onboarding compliance with HSBC KYC and global regulatory standards
• Be calm under pressure with proven resilience and ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Conduct KYC, CDD, and EDD reviews for new and existing HSBC global clients across all segments
• Perform sanctions screening, PEP checks, and adverse media searches for all onboarding cases
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Legal teams on documentation requirements and gaps
• Produce KYC onboarding analytics and management information for Compliance team leadership
• Support regulatory examination with accurate KYC evidence and client onboarding documentation
• Stay current on UAE and international KYC regulatory requirements applicable to global banking onboarding

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven KYC or Client Onboarding Analyst experience within a globally established bank
• Calm under pressure with proven resilience and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of global KYC standards, CDD/EDD, sanctions screening, and AML regulatory requirements
• Excellent attention to detail for accurate, compliant client onboarding documentation management
• CAMS or equivalent AML/KYC qualification preferred
• UAE or international bank KYC operations experience strongly preferred
