Job Title: Analyst, Account Management

Job Description: As an Analyst in Account Management at a globally leading payments technology company, you will apply a keen understanding of bilateral and correspondent banking for B2B and P2P payments — engaging Marketing, Communications, and other colleagues to support the account management function for Mastercard’s B2B payments and correspondent banking client portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Apply keen understanding of bilateral and correspondent banking for B2B and P2P payments to account management
• Engage Marketing, Communications, and other colleagues to support the B2B payments account management function
• Support senior Account Managers on B2B payments and correspondent banking client relationships
• Conduct client account analysis, performance tracking, and commercial opportunity identification
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, and Commercial teams on client account delivery and satisfaction
• Produce account management reporting and client performance analytics for senior commercial leadership
• Build and maintain professional relationships with B2B payments and correspondent banking client teams
• Monitor global B2B payments market developments and correspondent banking regulatory landscape

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Analyst or junior Account Management experience with B2B payments or correspondent banking expertise
• Keen understanding of bilateral and correspondent banking for B2B and P2P payments — required
• Strong analytical and client relationship support skills for B2B payments account management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for internal colleague and client coordination
• Understanding of UAE and global B2B payments and correspondent banking market dynamics
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and MENA B2B payments client engagement
