Job Title: AI & System Engineer

Job Description: As an AI & System Engineer, you will build AI and systems tooling inside an SME payments fintech’s compliance function, automating compliance and operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Build AI and systems tooling to automate compliance and operational processes.
• Develop and integrate AI models and system workflows for compliance monitoring.
• Collaborate with compliance, engineering, and data teams on tooling requirements.
• Maintain documentation and support deployment and monitoring of systems.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of AI, systems engineering, or automation experience in fintech or compliance.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, and AI/ML frameworks.
• Understanding of compliance processes and financial crime frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
