Job Title: AI Research Engineer (Pre-training, LLM & Multi-Modal)

Job Description: As an AI Research Engineer specializing in pre-training, LLM, and multi-modal models at a global fintech and digital assets leader, you will drive cutting-edge research and development to enhance AI capabilities across financial applications, trading systems, and user interaction platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, train, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI systems for fintech and blockchain use cases.
• Conduct research on state-of-the-art pre-training techniques, model architectures, and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy models into production environments at scale.
• Publish research findings and contribute to the open-source AI community.

Qualifications Needed:

• PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or a related field with a focus on deep learning.
• 4+ years of experience in LLM pre-training, multi-modal learning, or large-scale neural networks.
• Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed training frameworks.
• Strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, CVPR).
