Job Title: AI Platform Owner (enterprise AI platform, scalable/secure AI adoption bank-wide)

Job Description: As an AI Platform Owner at RAKBANK, you will own the enterprise AI platform strategy, driving scalable, secure, and responsible AI adoption across the bank to enhance decision-making, customer experiences, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the AI platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technology strategy.
• Lead the design, deployment, and governance of the enterprise AI platform, including MLOps pipelines and model management.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and business teams to identify high-impact AI use cases.
• Ensure AI platform security, scalability, and compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of AI/ML platform or product management experience in banking, fintech, or technology.
• Deep expertise in MLOps, cloud-based AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML), and model governance.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, AI ethics, and regulatory compliance in financial services.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills; fluent in English.
