Job Title: AI Ethics Specialist

Job Description: As an AI Ethics Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in our fintech products and services. You will develop guidelines, policies, and best practices for AI development and deployment, and provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop guidelines, policies, and best practices for the ethical use of AI in fintech.
• Conduct ethics assessments and audits of AI systems and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ethical considerations into AI development and deployment processes.
• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and developments in AI ethics and responsible AI.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of ethical frameworks and principles relevant to AI and machine learning.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience in AI ethics or related roles is a plus.
