Strategic Vision

This role positions credit decisioning and risk intelligence as data-centric, automated fintech infrastructure, rather than manual or rule-bound processes. The Principal Leader will design systems where credit assessment, risk forecasting, and decision logic are continuously optimized through advanced analytics and machine intelligence.

Operating remotely with Dubai as a strategic anchor, the role focuses on building institutional-grade credit platforms capable of delivering accuracy, transparency, and scalability in high-volume fintech environments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Architect AI-driven credit decision platforms integrating data ingestion, feature engineering, and model execution layers.
• Design predictive models for creditworthiness assessment, default forecasting, and portfolio risk optimization.
• Establish governance frameworks for model validation, explainability, and decision accountability.
• Integrate risk intelligence directly into transaction and lending workflows.
• Lead globally distributed data science, analytics, and engineering teams in a remote-first model.
• Define long-term roadmaps for scalable, transparent, and adaptive credit technology systems.

Required Expertise

• 14–20 years of experience in fintech credit systems, risk analytics, or AI-driven financial platforms.
• Strong background in predictive modeling, statistical inference, and large-scale financial datasets.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native data architectures and real-time analytics pipelines.
• Proven ability to operationalize AI in mission-critical financial decision environments.
• Excellent leadership, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Compensation & Engagement

• Annual Compensation: AED 750,000 – 1,150,000 (tax-free)
