Job Title: AI Data Engineer — ML for engagement/retention/LTV

Job Description: As an AI Data Engineer, you will build and maintain the data infrastructure for machine learning models that drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV) for the trading platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for ML models focused on engagement, retention, and LTV.
• Implement data processing frameworks (Spark, Kafka) and optimize data storage (Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to support model training and feature engineering.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and security across the data platform.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of data engineering experience in fintech, trading, or technology.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster).
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Flink).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; fluent in English.
