Job Title: Affiliate Compliance Officer

Job Description: As an Affiliate Compliance Officer, you will review partner marketing for regulatory compliance, protecting the broker from regulatory and reputational risk.

Responsibilities:

• Review affiliate and partner marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
• Monitor affiliate activities and flag breaches of scheme rules and regulations.
• Conduct due diligence on new affiliates and partners.
• Provide compliance training and guidance to affiliate partners.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of compliance or marketing review experience in Forex, CFD, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of financial promotions rules and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
