Job Title: Accountant – Banking / Investments / Personal Finance (Tagalog & English Speaker)

Job Description: As an Accountant with expertise in banking, investments, and personal finance, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle accounting operations for a financial services company — applying strong knowledge of banking products, investment accounting, and personal finance reporting. You will bring fluency in both Tagalog and English to serve a multicultural client base and financial reporting environment in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing proactive support, guidance, and advocacy.
• Understand customer goals, challenges, and priorities to tailor solutions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and deliver value-added services.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, usage metrics, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
• Advocate for customer interests and requirements within the organization to drive product enhancements and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or relationship management role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Empathy, patience, and a customer-centric mindset.
