Job Title: Account Manager

Job Description: As an Account Manager for Digital Assets and Cryptocurrency at a UAE-regulated crypto exchange and digital asset platform, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with digital asset clients — serving as the primary point of contact for institutional and retail crypto clients. You will apply digital asset expertise to client success, portfolio engagement, and trading volume growth for a regulated UAE crypto platform.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with digital asset and cryptocurrency clients across institutional and retail segments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for crypto exchange clients — ensuring satisfaction, trading volume, and retention
• Conduct regular account reviews with clients — presenting platform features, trading performance, and expansion opportunities
• Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the crypto exchange’s digital asset product suite
• Resolve client issues promptly — coordinating with Technical, Compliance, and Trading Operations teams
• Monitor client digital asset portfolio activity and proactively engage clients on market developments and opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with crypto community members, institutional traders, and digital asset investors
• Represent the platform at UAE and regional crypto and digital asset industry events

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven account management experience within a crypto exchange, digital asset platform, or blockchain company
• Deep understanding of digital asset products, cryptocurrency markets, and UAE crypto regulatory landscape
• Strong client relationship management and commercial growth skills for crypto and digital asset client portfolios
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills for UAE crypto client engagement
• Understanding of VARA regulations and compliance requirements for digital asset client management
• Genuine passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital asset investment
