Job Title: Onboarding Administrator

Job Description: As an Onboarding Administrator at a leading MENA payments company revolutionizing online payments across the region, you will coordinate with the Sales team to capture pre-application data, collect required documentation from merchants, and perform initial underwriting checks in accordance with processor/vendor KYC guidelines. You will be responsible for accurately boarding new merchant accounts and building strong relationships with internal teams to meet launch expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Sales team to capture required pre-application data
• Collect required application documentation from merchants
• Perform initial underwriting checks in accordance with processor/vendor KYC guidelines
• Accurately board new merchant accounts to ensure first entry approval
• Liaise between the merchant and processors to secure application approval
• Review merchant accounts, investigate and diagnose merchant account configuration issues
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied merchants and offer patient assistance and support
• Build strong relationships with internal teams to meet launch expectations

Qualifications Needed:

• 2-4 years of role-specific experience in Financial Services/Fintech/High-Growth Startups
• Preferred degree, but real-world experience is also accepted
• Ability to establish credibility and internal relationships
• Understanding of client/merchant/stakeholder care
• Enthusiasm for working in a growing fintech
• Ability to deliver work on time
• Problem-solving and quick-thinking skills
• Strong communication skills in English, with a preference for Arabic language ability
