Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Description: As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex strategic projects, managing scope, timelines, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives for a global fintech broker.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver complex fintech projects, including platform launches, system integrations, and process improvements.
• Define project scope, create detailed plans, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Provide regular status reporting and executive-level presentations.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of project management experience, with 5+ years in fintech, trading, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, MS Project).
• Proven track record of delivering complex fintech projects on time and within budget.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred; excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
