Job Title: Business Analysis Manager

Job Description: As a Business Analysis Manager at SABB Bank, you will lead a team of business analysts, driving the identification, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for banking and fintech transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a business analysis team, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee the gathering, documentation, and validation of business requirements for major banking projects.
• Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business units to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of business analysis experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in business analysis methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, BPMN) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
• Proven experience leading business analysis teams and complex transformation projects.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
