Job Description: As a Business Analysis Senior Expert, you will lead complex business analysis initiatives, translating business requirements into technical specifications and driving process improvements for fintech and digital finance projects.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and process gaps.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.
• Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of business analysis experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in business analysis methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, BPMN).
• Experience with requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence) and data analysis (SQL).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
