Job Title: Legal Counsel

Job Description: As Legal Counsel joining the in-house legal team at Saudi Arabia’s first fintech unicorn, you will work closely with internal departments including product, engineering, finance, and sales to provide timely and practical legal guidance that helps achieve business goals, supporting the protection of intellectual property and corporate affairs across the Group.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal departments including product, engineering, finance, and sales to provide timely and practical legal guidance that helps achieve business goals
• Support the protection and enforcement of the company’s intellectual property rights
• Support the incorporation and management of corporate affairs of the Group
• Support senior legal team members on strategic transactions, managing legal disputes, and business inquiries

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in law
• 3–4 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years training and/or working in private practice
• Able to think strategically and provide legal advice that aligns with the company’s business objectives
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems, with a willingness to learn
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
