Job Title: People Operations Intern – Builders Program

Job Description: As a People Operations Intern – Builders Program (Co-op training or Internship) participant, you will build a practical foundation in HR operations by supporting employee records, onboarding, internal events, documentation, routine employee enquiries, reporting, and administrative projects under the guidance of experienced people professionals at a fast-growing fintech.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily People Operations administration, filing, data maintenance, and document organization
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases under senior-team guidance
• Prepare welcome materials and coordinate orientation sessions and workstation readiness for new hires
• Arrange logistics for internal events, training sessions, and employee-engagement activities
• Organize and archive contracts, employee letters, policy acknowledgements, and related documentation
• Respond to routine employee enquiries by directing colleagues to the relevant policy or HR team member
• Support basic data gathering and preparation of simple People Operations reports
• Complete ad hoc assignments and special projects that improve overall team efficiency

Qualifications Needed:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Final-year students and candidates completing a cooperative-training requirement are encouraged to apply
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions carefully
• Good written and verbal Arabic, with working knowledge of English preferred
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace
• Ability to handle employee information discreetly and maintain confidentiality
