Job Title: Finance Officer – School / Education Sector

Job Description: As a Finance Officer at a leading UAE education group, you will issue receipts on a daily basis with accurate information such as bank reference numbers and dates — ensuring the reason is updated against all unidentified transactions. You will manage daily school banking and finance operations with precision and compliance, contributing to the financial integrity of one of the UAE’s leading education groups.

Responsibilities:

• Issue receipts on a daily basis with accurate information — bank reference numbers, dates, and transaction details
• Ensure the reason is updated against all unidentified banking transactions in financial management systems
• Manage daily school banking operations — payment processing, bank reconciliations, and cash management
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for school finance management and audit review
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and banking partners on daily transaction processing and reconciliation
• Produce daily and monthly financial reports and management information for school finance leadership
• Ensure all financial operations comply with UAE regulatory standards and education group financial policies
• Support month-end close activities — ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Finance Officer experience with banking operations, receipt management, and daily transaction processing
• Strong attention to detail for accurate receipt issuance and unidentified transaction resolution
• Understanding of UAE banking operations, financial reporting, and education sector finance management
• Proficiency with financial management systems and Microsoft Office tools for finance operations
• Excellent organizational skills for high-volume daily banking and finance operations management
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred for UAE education sector and banking engagement
