Job Title: Flying Colour Business Setup – Compliance Advisor

Job Description: As a Compliance Advisor at a UAE business setup and corporate services company, you will advise clients on regulatory and compliance requirements — conducting risk assessments and supporting the implementation of governance and compliance frameworks for businesses establishing and operating in the UAE financial services and commercial ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on regulatory and compliance requirements for UAE business establishment and financial services operations
• Conduct risk assessments and support the implementation of governance and compliance frameworks
• Guide clients through UAE corporate compliance — licensing, regulatory submissions, and governance documentation
• Develop compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with CBUAE, DFSA, and ADGM requirements
• Provide AML/CFT advisory to financial services and commercial clients establishing UAE regulated entities
• Produce compliance advisory reports, risk assessments, and regulatory recommendations for client delivery
• Monitor UAE regulatory landscape developments and update client compliance advisory accordingly
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional GRC and regulatory compliance advisory

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Compliance Advisor or regulatory advisory experience with UAE GRC and business setup expertise
• Strong understanding of UAE regulatory requirements across CBUAE, DFSA, ADGM FSRA, and commercial licensing
• Excellent client advisory, risk assessment, and compliance framework development skills
• Strong written and verbal communication for regulatory documentation and client-facing advisory delivery
• CAMS or equivalent compliance qualification preferred
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred for UAE regulatory and client engagement
