Job Title: Senior Social Media Manager

Job Description: As a Senior Social Media Manager at a transparent crypto and blockchain organization that values customer trust and ensures the highest security standards in the crypto space, you will lead social media strategy and execution — building brand presence, community engagement, and thought leadership across digital channels for a Dubai-based blockchain and crypto company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead social media strategy and execution for a transparent crypto and blockchain organization
• Build brand presence, community engagement, and thought leadership across digital channels
• Develop and execute social media content across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, and Discord
• Manage community interactions — engaging with crypto enthusiasts, investors, and blockchain technology advocates
• Monitor social media performance metrics — reach, engagement, community growth, and brand sentiment
• Coordinate with Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams on regulatory-compliant crypto content creation
• Build and maintain relationships with crypto media, influencers, and blockchain community participants
• Stay current on crypto market developments and blockchain technology trends for relevant content production

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Senior Social Media Manager experience within a crypto, blockchain, or fintech organization
• Deep understanding of crypto community platforms — Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord — and engagement dynamics
• Strong content creation, community management, and brand voice skills for crypto audience engagement
• Understanding of UAE crypto regulatory communications standards for compliant social media content
• Genuine passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred for UAE and MENA community engagement
