Job Title: Senior Social Media Manager

Job Description: As a Senior Social Media Manager for a crypto and fintech company committed to transparency and the highest security standards in the digital asset space, you will be responsible for leading the social media strategy and team — building community, driving engagement, and positioning the brand as a trusted, innovative leader in crypto and fintech across global digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Lead social media strategy and team for a crypto and fintech brand committed to transparency and security
• Build and grow community across Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
• Develop and execute content strategies that position the brand as a trusted, innovative leader in crypto and fintech
• Manage social media content calendar — planning, scheduling, and publishing content across all platforms
• Monitor and respond to community engagement — building authentic relationships with the crypto and fintech community
• Track social media performance metrics — follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and sentiment
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams on campaigns, product launches, and community announcements
• Stay current on crypto and fintech social media trends and apply best practices to community growth strategy

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven senior social media management experience within a crypto, virtual assets, or fintech brand
• Deep understanding of crypto community platforms — Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord — and fintech social media dynamics
• Track record of building and growing engaged communities for crypto or fintech brands
• Strong content strategy, copywriting, and campaign management skills
• Ability to work within a transparent organization that values customer trust and highest security standards
• Genuine passion for crypto, digital assets, and fintech innovation
