Job Title: Brands Event Coordinator – Stablecoin / Global Finance

Job Description: As a Brands Event Coordinator at a globally pioneering digital finance and stablecoin company, you will provide direct support for the department — ensuring world-class gatherings are executed with precision. You will coordinate high-profile brand and industry events for a globally leading digital finance organization that is pioneering a global financial revolution through blockchain and stablecoin technology.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support for the Brands department ensuring world-class events are executed with precision
• Coordinate high-profile brand and industry events for a globally leading digital finance organization
• Plan and manage event logistics — venue selection, vendor coordination, attendee management, and on-site execution
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Product teams on event strategy and brand messaging
• Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and post-event reporting for leadership review
• Represent the brand at blockchain, fintech, and digital finance industry events and conferences globally
• Monitor global digital finance and blockchain event landscape for strategic industry engagement opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with event venues, vendors, and industry event organizers

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven event coordinator experience — ideally within fintech, blockchain, or global technology organizations
• Strong event logistics management, vendor coordination, and precision execution skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for high-profile brand event delivery
• Genuine passion for digital finance, blockchain technology, and the global fintech events community
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred for Dubai and regional event engagement
