Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description: The role produces localized Arabic-English content and collaborates across departments to enhance the Lean brand experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, events, and brand collateral
• Ensure consistent branding standards across all touchpoints and channels in the Saudi market
• Produce bilingual Arabic-English design content for Lean’s KSA audience
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to translate briefs into compelling visual communications
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and design systems tailored for the Saudi market
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay current with design trends in fintech and financial services in MENA
• Contribute ideas and creative concepts that differentiate Lean’s visual identity in the region

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Senior Graphic Designer in fintech, technology, or financial services
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design work across digital and print channels
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent)
• Experience creating bilingual Arabic-English visual content
• Strong understanding of brand identity and visual communication principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
