Job Title: Wealth Management Director – Relationship Manager

Job Description: As a Wealth Management Director and Relationship Manager at a globally established Swiss investment bank and wealth management firm in Abu Dhabi, you will provide high-quality investment options for clients — working closely with team members and specialists from other areas to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions for high-net-worth and institutional clients in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality investment options for clients — working closely with team members and specialists
• Build and manage a portfolio of HNW and institutional wealth management clients in Abu Dhabi
• Deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions across investments, credit, and alternative assets
• Conduct client financial planning reviews — preparing CIP/IPS documents and monitoring investment profiles
• Identify new client opportunities in the Abu Dhabi HNW and institutional wealth management market
• Ensure all wealth management activities comply with UAE banking regulations and investment suitability standards
• Present investment strategies and portfolio performance updates to HNW and institutional clients
• Partner with investment specialists, product teams, and legal advisors on complex client mandates

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Wealth Management Director or RM Director experience with established Abu Dhabi HNW client portfolio
• Deep expertise in investment products and wealth management solutions for HNW and institutional clients
• Excellent client advisory, relationship management, and investment communication skills
• UAE investment regulatory compliance expertise including KYC, AML, and investment suitability
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for Abu Dhabi HNW and institutional client engagement
• CFA, CFP, or equivalent investment qualification preferred
