Job Title: Service Relationship Team Lead

Job Description: As a Service Relationship Team Lead at a globally leading financial institution in Dubai, you will lead a team of client-facing relationship and service professionals — ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving client satisfaction, and supporting UAE National talent development in a senior relationship management leadership role. UAE Nationals are required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of client-facing relationship and service professionals — setting standards and driving performance
• Ensure exceptional service delivery and high client satisfaction across the relationship team portfolio
• Conduct regular team performance reviews, coaching, and professional development activities
• Monitor client satisfaction metrics — NPS, service request turnaround, and complaint resolution
• Escalate complex service issues to senior banking and product specialist teams
• Coordinate with Banking, Operations, and Compliance teams on client service delivery requirements
• Produce relationship team performance reporting and recommendations for senior management
• Support UAE National talent development and Emiratization objectives within the service relationship team

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — required for this Emiratized Service Relationship Team Lead role
• Proven team leadership experience in banking relationship management or client service operations
• Strong coaching, performance management, and client satisfaction leadership skills
• Deep understanding of UAE banking products and client service regulatory standards
• Excellent Arabic and English communication for UAE banking client and team engagement
