Job Title: Senior Client Relationship Manager – Insurance / Risk Advisory

Job Description: As a Senior Client Relationship Manager at a globally established independent insurance broker and risk advisory firm, you will be responsible for building and managing senior client relationships across corporate, institutional, and financial services sectors — growing and retaining a high-value portfolio of insurance and risk advisory clients across the UAE and MENA markets.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage senior client relationships across corporate, institutional, and financial services sectors
• Grow and retain a high-value portfolio of insurance and risk advisory clients across UAE and MENA
• Present insurance and risk advisory solutions to C-suite and senior risk management decision-makers
• Develop and execute client relationship strategies that drive retention, expansion, and revenue growth
• Coordinate with technical insurance specialists, actuaries, and risk advisors on client solution delivery
• Monitor client insurance programme performance and proactively identify improvement and expansion opportunities
• Represent the firm at UAE and MENA insurance, risk management, and financial services industry events
• Achieve commercial targets for client retention and portfolio revenue growth

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant senior client relationship management experience within insurance brokerage or risk advisory
• Strong track record managing high-value corporate and institutional client portfolios in UAE or MENA
• Deep understanding of insurance products, risk advisory solutions, and UAE insurance regulatory landscape
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and senior stakeholder management skills
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and MENA corporate client engagement
