Job Title: Business Analyst – Cash Management

Job Description: As a Business Analyst specializing in Cash Management at a banking and fintech technology consultancy, you will apply prior experience in the UAE banking sector — with a clear understanding of transaction banking cash products and the ability to understand and model banking business processes — to deliver high-quality business analysis for cash management platform implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Apply prior UAE banking sector experience and understanding of transaction banking cash products to all analysis
• Understand and model banking business processes across cash management, liquidity, and transaction banking
• Gather and analyze business requirements for cash management platform implementations and enhancements
• Conduct gap analysis between current-state banking processes and target-state cash management platform capabilities
• Produce functional specifications, use case documentation, and process flow diagrams for cash management systems
• Support integration between core banking systems (Finacle, Flexcube) and cash management, GL, CRM, and payment platforms
• Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution for cash management system deployments
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Compliance teams on cash management regulatory and operational requirements

Qualifications Needed:

• Prior experience in UAE banking sector — required
• Understanding of transaction banking cash products — required
• Ability to understand and model banking business processes for cash management analysis
• Strong business analysis, gap analysis, and functional specification documentation skills
• Experience with Finacle or Flexcube core banking integration preferred
• UAE banking or transaction banking business analysis experience strongly preferred
