Job Title: Business Analyst – Banking & Fintech, Multi-Stakeholder

Job Description: As a Business Analyst for Banking and Fintech in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment at a banking and technology consultancy in Abu Dhabi, you will apply experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments — such as banking, fintech, and large enterprises — with AI-related experience and EU/US company exposure considered strong advantages for this internationally connected mandate.

Responsibilities:

• Apply experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments — banking, fintech, large enterprises — to business analysis
• Gather and document business requirements across banking and fintech technology implementation projects
• Conduct stakeholder workshops across banking, technology, compliance, and business teams in multi-stakeholder environments
• Produce functional specifications, process flows, and system integration documentation for banking and fintech clients
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution for banking and fintech platform deployments
• Apply AI-related experience to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvement in banking and fintech
• Coordinate with EU and US company stakeholders on international banking and fintech project delivery
• Produce structured business analysis outputs and project status reporting for multi-stakeholder governance review

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments — banking, fintech, large enterprises — required
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills — required
• Experience with EU and/or US companies — strong plus
• AI-related experience — strong plus for banking and fintech digital transformation mandates
• Proven business analyst experience in banking or fintech technology implementation
• Abu Dhabi-based or willing to work in Abu Dhabi for this multi-stakeholder mandate
