Job Title: Partner Relationship Manager

Job Description: As a Partner Relationship Manager for the UAE at a globally established online forex and multi-asset trading platform, you will coordinate rapid issue resolution, detailed root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive actions with partners — managing and developing UAE partner relationships for one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing forex trading platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate rapid issue resolution, detailed root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive actions with partners
• Manage and develop UAE partner relationships for a globally established forex and multi-asset trading platform
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IBs, affiliates, and channel partners across the UAE
• Drive partner performance — supporting partner growth, activation, and commercial development
• Identify and develop new partner opportunities across the UAE forex and trading ecosystem
• Produce partner performance reports and management information for commercial leadership review
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, and Compliance teams on partner-impacting issues and enhancements
• Represent the platform at UAE forex, trading, and fintech industry events and partner forums

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Partner Relationship Manager experience in forex, online trading, or fintech
• Strong partner relationship management, issue resolution, and RCA implementation skills
• Understanding of forex and multi-asset trading platform partner ecosystem dynamics in UAE
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for UAE partner engagement
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE partner relationship management
• UAE forex or online trading partnership experience strongly preferred
