Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Job Description: As a Marketing Assistant on a 100% Remote basis for a globally operating digital finance and stablecoin company, you will provide essential support to the marketing department through project management, digital content maintenance, and general marketing coordination. You will contribute to marketing operations that shape and communicate the future of digital finance — working with a global team of marketing professionals remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Provide essential support to the marketing department through project management, digital content maintenance, and general marketing coordination
• Assist with maintenance and updates of digital marketing content across the company’s websites, social media, and digital platforms
• Support marketing project management — tracking deliverables, deadlines, and cross-team marketing coordination
• Coordinate with Marketing, Content, and Design teams on campaign asset production and digital content workflows
• Maintain marketing asset libraries, content calendars, and marketing documentation in an organized and accessible manner
• Assist with research, competitive monitoring, and market intelligence gathering for marketing strategy
• Support event coordination, PR activities, and community management as required
• Contribute to the marketing team’s operations with a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach

Qualifications Needed:

• Marketing support or marketing assistant experience within a fintech, crypto, or technology company preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills for marketing department coordination
• Excellent written English communication for digital content maintenance and marketing coordination
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, content management platforms, and collaboration tools
• Self-directed, highly organized approach appropriate for a 100% remote working environment
• Genuine interest in fintech, digital finance, and the global stablecoin ecosystem
