Job Description: As an Executive Assistant on a maternity cover contract, you will join a leading financial services organization in Dubai — providing comprehensive executive support across diary management, stakeholder liaison, travel coordination, and high-level administrative management. You will work within a professional financial services environment requiring discretion, organizational excellence, and the ability to engage confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing proactive support, guidance, and advocacy.
• Understand customer goals, challenges, and priorities to tailor solutions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and deliver value-added services.

Qualifications:
