Job Title: Finance Associate – Business Management & Reporting

Job Description:  As a Finance Associate within a business management and reporting function at a globally established professional services firm, you will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring management information to deliver valuable insights that support strategic decision-making. You will manage invoicing and collections, reconcile timesheets, maintain accurate reports and trackers, monitor job codes, and coordinate the preparation of reporting presentations and documents across a large professional services organization with 370,000+ global professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and monitor management information to deliver valuable insights that support strategic decision-making
  • Manage invoicing and collections — ensuring accurate, timely invoicing and professional collections coordination
  • Reconcile timesheets and maintain accurate billing and utilization reports across assigned business units
  • Maintain accurate reports and trackers — monitoring job codes, project budgets, and revenue data
  • Coordinate the preparation of reporting presentations and documents for senior business leadership
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles — ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial data
  • Partner with project teams and senior leadership on financial performance tracking and budget management
  • Produce analytical insights and financial summaries for strategic business unit decision-making

Qualifications Needed:

  • Relevant finance, business management, or financial analysis experience within a professional services or consulting firm
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial reporting, invoicing management, and data reconciliation
  • Excellent attention to detail for timesheet reconciliation, job code monitoring, and report maintenance
  • Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder-facing financial reporting and presentation preparation
  • Proficiency with financial management and reporting tools
  • Relevant finance qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
